Watch: Outkast’s Big Boi has hilarious reaction to Aaron Nola pitch

Truist Park was packed Thursday night not just because fans wanted to see an NLDS rematch between the Atlanta Braves and Philadelphia Phillies, but because iconic hip-hop duo Outkast was being honored with a bobblehead.

While the reclusive Andre 3000 wasn’t in attendance, Big Boi — the other half of Outkast — was. The 48-year-old even threw out the first pitch before the series-opening game between the two NL East rivals:

Big Boi’s first pitch may not have been especially impressive, but while appearing on the telecast later, he thought a pitch that Aaron Nola made to Eddie Rosario was spottieottiedopaliscious:

Unfortunately for the Phillies, it wasn’t an especially memorable night for Nola beyond this pitch. Continuing what’s been a frustrating 2023 thus far, Nola allowed eight hits and five runs over six innings, with the Phillies eventually losing the game 8-5.
