Castro actually made a start near the end of last year where (correct me if im wrong) he only gave up like 3 runs through 5 1/3 innings?? anyways, it was a decent effort for a minor league call-up. kline is useful to keep around the minors in case somebody gets injured. i still dont like ryan madson though, i think you need someone better to come into the 7th. itlooks like they want to find out more about bastardo by moving him into the AA rotation. thats a good move to see how he fares against improved competition.
