A 3-6 record with a 4.80 ERA for 8 million dollars isn’t a bargain, its a ripoff. Is this philliesnation.com or the adam eatonballsackriders.com. most of those guys the Angels have were homegrown i think. you have to spend money to keep the good ones around. the phillies are so far away from having a sustained deep farm system. they are strong in AA and A but not in AAA. theyre a ways away from having an assembly line of mlb starters like some of these fgarm systems can churn out

Why can’t we win against the AL? Is their pitching that much better?

This is not a Negadelphia question. But we get back to the NL East and win two in a row. What happened against the AL? Is that whole league seriously that much better?
