Seriously, the guy is as old as Moses and he still gets the job done. Has any major leaguer in recent memory done more with less than Moyer?*opinion subject to change based on next appearance vs. Muts

Is it silly to admit that Jamie Moyer is my favorite Phillie?*<br

And I have to say, let's concentrate on today. Let's get some runs for KK.

More on Eaton soon. He is now ten for ten (10-0) in wins against the Marlins. Besides Hamels,
the Master of Guile has been our most consistently effective starter.
He has allowed fewer than 4 earned runs in the past 8 starts.I do hope the fans who have a passion for baseball know and appreciate what they have in Moyer and the artistry of his craft.I see that Eaton goes to the bullpen as "long innings" reliever. I don't know if this is a temporary assignment but the transition may be difficult as his career stats shows 193 starts in 195 appearances. If mechanics are his problem, is the bullpen the place to be to resolve it?Blanton is expected to start the series opener against the Mets next Tuesday (July 22nd). And Myers goes Wednesday? This makes it all the more intriguing in a HUGH series.

The ageless wonder, Jamie Moyer (9-6; 3.90 ERA) is such a treat to watch especially against an aggressive hitting team like the Marlins.
