Jenkins will get as many big hits on the DL as off it.

Andy Tracy sounds like Mike Cervenak 2.0

Relax guys… Tracy’s had major league experience and he’s having a good season, might just chip in some offense. Jenk going to the DL will give him a chance to take a step back and will hopefully come back on a mission.

Tracy has played parts of three seasons for Montreal and Colorado (136 games). He has a batting average of .224 with 13 HRs and 41 RBIs. He also has 95 SOs in 263 ABs. That’s basically 1 SO per 3 AB. Don’t think he’s going to be much help.

If Donald is so great why not just bring him up directly from the Olympics?

well, it is not like jenkins was helping us on the field. i would have liked to see a young guy come up, cuz these 30+ year old career minor leaguers coming up is getting depressing.

Geoffy Jenkins brings nothing to the table. At least Charlie Manuel won’t feel required to start him every now and then.

Andy Tracy is a half decent hitter. I’ve seen him get the job done in Lehigh Valley.

tracy has pitched a few outs for the iron pigs this season too, maybe he could provide us with a fresh bullpen arm, hahaha

Why they didn’t call up Watson is beyond me… he’s a homeless mans Kenny Lofton.
