i’m all for happ, his two starts for us yielded positive results and he’s a fresh arm. i completely agree with the idea of no scouting report mentioned earlier. i’m not saying ‘savior’ or anything but he could give us a chance to win.

Something that I’ve heard a few times now with Kendrick is that when he gets the ball back from the catcher, just gets his sign, and throws… he’s very good…. when he tries to think too much he gets into trouble.. and Dubee said again about his past start that Kendrick was hanging onto the ball too long. . . instead of just throwing it

Yesterday on the radio LA slammed into Kendrick. He basically said that Kendrick had no stones and flat out sucked yesterday. He could not understand why Kendrick did nothing to change his pitch location or how Kendrick could not go out and shut down a crappy offense.

Happ has got to start – he can not be any worse.

Hi. I am 2 years old. My dad says the Mets suck. He uses bad words and when we go to games, he fights people. When I go to games, I see shirts that say “F*ck” and watch drunk kids fight. They are not as bad as Eagles games because at least I don’t have to watch my Dad go to jail below the stadium. As a two year old, I already know that I am destined to act as my dad and his peers, which means I will cheer on my team when they win and boo them after each loss. I will love Jimmy Rollins one day and hate him the next. I will also curse and fight all out of town fans and make their lives miserable. Yes, that’s right, there is no hope for me. Generation after generation, fans will fall into line. I wish I could change it but that is how we are bred. And to all you people who will trash me for writing this- fuck you, you waste of life piece of shit cock sucker. I’ll kick your shitty New York ass and your little ugly kid’s ass too.

Hey guys- I live down here in the DC area in Alexandria. I read before that there is a Phils bar here but I am not sure where it is. Can someone tell me the name/location?

KK needs to go to the pen for Happ. One reason is KK’s poor starts lately. The other reason is that no one really has a solid scouting report on Happ at the major league level. This could work to his and the Phils advantage if he is given some starts down the stretch. I mean, KK cannot get it done. I like the guy but we need some wins now.

And the Phils need to trade for Tim Redding. He KILLS us every time; kind of like Steve Traschel used to. I mean we knock out the two best Cubs starters (albeit lose the games) but can NEVER touch Redding. Insane.

This Sunday’s game is going to be a very big game at Shea, and if Cole Hamels is not on the mound, I will pink slip Charlie myself. I do not want to hear any excuses. It is his regular rest and KK has looked horrendous recently, a deer in the headlights look. I cannot watch Charlie continue to make key situational managerial decisions that cripple this team. It is a disgrace.

According to ESPN, their baseball experts picked every team that would make the playoffs today as the teams that will make it when the season is over. . . They really go out on a limb and are pretty realistic if they don’t think anything will change with like 25 games to play.

Out of the parks I’ve been to recently, I think I like Wrigley Field better than Fenway Park. PNC Park is awesome, and so is SanFrans park (not sure what its called now..) Camden Yards is great, both New York stadiums are dumps..

I want to see Jacob’s Field in Cleveland.. Dodger Stadium, Petco in San Diego.. Miller Park in Milwaukee..

I was at RFK, but haven’t been to the Nats new place yet, from what I’ve heard before-and-now.. its nothing too great
