Met’s fans . . . I apologize to the Met’s fans that are not 315+ lb, sloppy, pastrami sandwich-eating, stained-shirt-wearing, loud, boisterous, unjustfully-proud dirtbag, with no respect for the game of baseball. I was just venting over a few choice fans whom I have no respect for. It was unfair for me to lump everyone together. There are many fans that are exceptions to the rule, and I apologize to them. . . . I still hate the Mets, and the Yankees for that matter. Have fun with the Cubs in round one.

Everything is fine. They found 3 “suspcisious packages” wrapped in duck tape with metal and wires. Turned out to be supplies for a hot dog vender (including hot dogs).

I kept on thinking so what that Burrell fouled out, was tagged out, and Victorino caught stealing. We always have the 7th, 8th & 9th. I was a bit shock at the Braves relief. I agree that fans were not jumping around as much last night but they should have been because it was cold. I was in a Phillies short sleeve shirt and I wanted to jump and down. I couldn’t use the towel because it was stuff in my shirt for warmth. I’m wearing a sweat shirt tonight. All the Phillies should have hot chili pepper steak hoagies before getting on the field tonight.

I’m going to the next 3 games, extremely pumped. Jo Jo Reyes is complete garbage and I am cautiously optimistic about tonight. Myers usually tells us everything we need to know about how he’ll pitch in the 1st inning, so hopefully he goes 1,2,3 with a K, feeds off the crowd, and coasts the rest of the way…
