They aren’t trading Victorino but I would absolutely trade two top tier prospects and one bottom tier guy for Holliday. This guy is an absolute machine and would instantly become the best hitter in the line up and is also an upgrade in the field to Pat ‘The bat’.

We are not playing for the future anymore. Lets get Holliday and repeat! This team is in it’s prime, give the Rockies what they want(with an exception to Victorino). You gotta give something to get something, just remember that!

Haha, holy shit. Unfortunately that’s way out of my price range. If it’s possible, I think regular posters in the 15-30 dollar range would be awesome though.

OK, Any team in the right frame of mind would be talking to the Rockies about Holliday. Do you really think it is worth trading any of our real future for a guy who will only be a one year rental? Think about it, there is no way the Phils will sign him for the kind of money he is going to demand in 2010. Victorino, Golson and Werth, thats your 2009 outfield. We just one the World Series, we root for Philadelphia. Lets come back to earth and relize the number one objective to this off season, should remain the signing of a long term deal for Cole, not getting a rental for one year.
