Tony was our neighbor in Philadelphia and was friends of my parents. I still have an autographed picture of him. Does anyone know where he is these days or where you can write to him?

A real cool player from the sixties. He gave maximum effort. Whenever a play or hit was possible, he tried to make it. Wonder where Tony G is today. He was a credit to baseball.

My favorite Phillie as a kid, in fact he was in the first pack of baseball cards I ever opened. 1964 Topps. Good line drive hitter, decent speed, solid outfielder. Had surprising power early in his career.

One of my early Phillie faves. Phils were rarely on tv in the early 60′s so I don’t remember how he hit. He looked cool though. I loved reading and collecting his baseball cards. Wish I still had them. I was waiting to see where he would be on the list. Tim, this list is a blast!

one of the first guys. if not the first guy with a little league helmet at bat. really gokeep upod hitter who hardly ever pulled the ball, always swung late and hit line driv es, also a great fielder.taken by san diego in the 69 expansion draft. keep up the good work tim.
