Thats unreal. The fact he can start after taking a prince fielder blast to his pitching arm is unreal… its not like it was a leadoff batter or a speed guy at the plate…. this guy is a pure power hitter… and im sure he wasnt trying to finesse one throught the gap with that swing..

btw.. if you missed it… here is the link

It’s a good thing that they took him out when they did. No need to risk him when the Brewers already had an insurmountable 2-0 lead with the bearded Cy Young on the mound.

    Agreed. Better safe than sorry.

I’m glad they took him out too. Mitch Williams was saying he should have been left in, but there is no way I’m leaving my ace out there after he just took one to the shoulder. The first thing I’m doing is giving him an x ray and and MRI. it’s great he’ll be out there soon… he was starting to look good. Let’s hope this road swing will get their heads right.

Agree with Mitch 99% of the time, but not on this one. Ironic that this is the second time in several weeks that a Brewers player has lined one off a pitcher, anyone see the shot Cameron took off that Giants reliever’s head ? OUCH ! A foot to the left and Prince’s ball would have hit Hamels right in the face, thank god it didn’t.

Best thing to do is ice that baby down asap and hope for the best.

I would’ve left him in, but I don’t manage baseball outside of the Xbox.

Evan, only in your baseball fantasy game would you leave Hamels in. (chuckles)

This is a terrific source you happen to be giving and you simply give it at no cost. I enjoy seeing internet sites that comprehend the importance of offering a outstanding learning resource for nothing. Regards!
