Please, no more alleged poetry. The sentiment is fine, but the attempt to fit it into the rhyme and rhythm of “Rudolph” fails miserably.

Maybe I’m being rather “Bah, humbug!” here, but I’ve already had to spend too much of my usual joyous Christmas Holiday reading the selfish whiny rants of people still fuming about the Cliff Lee trade, when I’ve been expecting intelligent discussions about bullpen options.

I hope Santa loads those naughty commenter’s stockings with coal.

The 2008 World Series ended in October, and Lidge helped us lose the 09 one.

Mets make a couple of great deals and figure out a way to get Oswalt,Verlander,Lincecum and Cliff Lee to back uo Santana and Omar pulls a trade to get Howard to play first,Mauer to catch and pull off a blockbuster to get Carl Crawford to play leftfield and trade Luis Castillo and get a ham and egger that can play 2nd base while the Mets farm system is flourishing with great budding talent which may include at least 6 future Hall Of Famers and gain instant credability while dances of future World Series championships dance in my head.Sorry,I was looking at my Christmas list and realize its more of a Christmas Miracle as Omar sits on his thumb! lol But anyways.All the best and Enjoy The Holidays!Only 49 more days til Pitchers and Catchers!
