Scott Proefrock on 97.3 ESPN FM

Phillies Assistant GM Scott Proefrock was a guest of the Sports Bash today and talked about the state of the team, including some chatter about Cliff Lee. He touched on such topics as Placido Polanco, Cole Hamels, and the health of the bullpen.  Proefrock also showed enthusiasm while talking about the youngsters in the system.

    Great interview, and Scott Proefrock helped clear up a lot of the remaining questions regarding the Lee trade, and it was exactly the situation that some of us thought it was: They needed to move Lee, since he was the only guy they could afford to trade and get good quality/high ceiling prospects, and still keep a great team on the field. Overall a great listen, and i’d love to hear some more in depth interviews like this.

    Good stuff! I have started to listen to 97.3 lately, maybe they can bring that show to 97.5 so lose 97.3 when I am driving near Mt Laurel for work
