Everyone has been fighting pitches off and battling at the plate today. Plenty of good at bats. I’m liking that a lot. Possible chance for brad lidge to pick up another save. Could be a nail biter, but I think he will get it done.

The Angels have acquired Dan Haren from Arizona, according to Andrew Baggarly of the Mercury News (via Twitter). Arizona will receive Joe Saunders, Patrick Corbin, Rafael Rodriguez, and a player to be named later in return.
It was first reported by Bill Plunkett and Dan Woike of the Orange County Register that Saunders was involved in a trade.
