Milwaukee Brewers (62-71) at Philadelphia Phillies (76-58)

Chris Capuano (2-2, 5.06 ERA) vs. Cole Hamels (8-10, 3.31 ERA)

Time: 7:05 at Citizens Bank Park
TV: My PHL 17
Weather: Windy/Clouds, 72

A 6-1 west coast road trip; you saw that coming, right? Yeah, sure you did. Whether or not you believed it was possible for the Phillies to pull together after such an awful home stand prior to leaving for San Diego, they put their usual stamp on September and made everyone a believer again.

Tonight, Cole Hamels wants to believe. He wants to believe he can win back to back games for the first time since late MAY! With a clicking offense, that shouldn’t be a problem. The Brewers give up runs in heaps – that too, will help.

In tonight’s “Schedule Watch”, Atlanta is on the road against a Florida team read to kick more ass. San Fran has a late road game in Los Angeles, a team that just had it’s ass handed to it by the Phillies. St. Louis, hanging on by a thread, is at home. Sorry, it’s against Cincinnati. Big series for them. Keep an eye on “Schedule Watch!”

the only problem this year is that anything short of winning the world series will upset me. I was OK with last year. This year I want the title again.

Scott/Jeff Nova- I wear my Phillies gear prominently and proudly here. There’s not that many people that care about baseball here anyway.

Andrew ,do you find that’s true? Seems like a football only town, nothing baseball on sports radio. I get my baseball from SiriusXM. I wish I could get 610am as good as I can get 1210.

Hello Friends,, Had a party at a friend’s place and missed the game tonight., Looks like Phillies have won two wildest games yesterday and today, both by 1 run. Thats interesting..

Bravos have their own problems with Lowe not able to start tonight, But the only good news is that Lowe doesn’t need any surgery. It could have been horrible if Lowe needs a Tommy John.., We already lost Medlen and Chipper due to season ending surgeries.., Can’t afford another.

Our JJ will get Marlins JJ tomorrow.., Looking forward to that..

Its kind of funny here in ATL…, Last night there was a pre-season game at Georgia Dome.., 32thousand attendance .., that is about 5K more than the Braves fans who attended the game against mets, Hudson vs santana matchup.,

I went to a Navy/ MD game in Baltimore (nice football stadium) It was a great experience, but I don’t really follow either of them.

Vance Worey was removed after pitching 1 inning in last nights game for LV he is not injured. Sounds like a good bit there’s your starter for one Monday’s doubleheaders.
