Be there for the official ribbon cutting as the Phillie Phanatic unveils Dutchy’s Dugout, the smokin’ new bar at Bones Grille!

2011 Garry Maddox BBQ Challenge
Saturday, August 13 · 4:30pm – 7:00pm
At Citizens Bank Park
The Barbecue Challenge features two categories for competition: one for restaurants, and one for pit masters (any individual barbecue enthusiast or team of enthusiasts not competing under the sponsorship of a restaurant). In both divisions, chefs vie for first through third place and honorable mention in three categories—chicken, ribs, and chef’s choice. The day ends with Garry’s Rib Challenge, a winner-take-all competition for a trip to the 2011 World Series. In this event highlight, there is no distinction between restaurants and pit masters: the single highest overall score wins!

It is nice to see Darren Daulton doing good things in the community. And, is it me or is he starting to look an awful lot like Kelsey Grammar (Dr. Frazier Crane)? Or do they just use the same photographer.
