2012 Phillies Player Pages

I just wanted to drop a quick note to let everyone know that the Phillies Player Pages have been updated for 2012. This means:
- Each player page has been updated with 2011 season stats
- New Philllies were added, others removed
- Hitting statistics replaced fielding statistics for pitchers
- “Player Value” tab added to show stats like WAR and salary
- Minor league statistics are listed for all players
- A new sponsorship feature: you can sponsor a player page for $2/day.
- Player salaries have been updated in right sidebar
On The Phillies Page you can also see our “special rosters” – lists highlighting the Phillies top 25 prospects and 100 greatest of all-time.

There are a few mistakes in these updates. Jim Thome is not likely to be in the regular lineup, and prospects, Zagurski, Mathieson, and Overbeck, are no longer in the Phils system.

The Prospect Section needs some work. Where is Freddy Galvis? Jon Singleton is now in the Astros organization, as well. Take a look at the bullpen and there are some missing pieces like Stutes.
Overall, good start to a very worthwhile section.

The prospect list was from Jay’s feature last off-season. It is admittedly out of date, but will be updated soon.
