PN Interview

One of the amazing parts of doing Phillies Nation TV is that we don’t always get to use everything we shoot for the show. A few weeks back, we were able to speak with tonight’s starter Jonathan Pettibone regarding his preparation for 2013. The interview is brief, raw, and uncut but hopefully will let folks who may not have heard of Jon before put a face to a name. Enjoy!

All I can say is wow that audio was absolutley terrible. This is a proffessional baseball team website, and this is the best audio we can come up with. Such a shame especially with the money we as fans put into this team. Very dissappointed.

Cap – we put this up because we had it available and because we hadn’t used it to air. Part of the reason it did not air was because of the poor sound quality but also because of the abundance of footage we had. We provided this footage raw today because of the timing of Jon’s call-up.

While we are not the official website of the Phillies, we do recognize that we are held to the same standards as both the Phillies and larger media outlets, serving 250K fans on Facebook and almost 20K on Twitter as a privately-owned and operated blog that operates with the best interests of the Phillies fan in mind. I personally and sincerely apologize for your disappointment in our content.

@Ian Ricabonni, no need to apologize.

We live in a world full of complainers. I actually appreciate that you put this up. I have been on this site for the past 3-4 YEARS (not just seasons) and I appreciate everything that you guys do/post.

Personally no one should be allowed on here w out a registered email. IMO

    “GO PETS!!!! “

And Ian- stuffed by Aaron Gray in HS? I won’t say exactly bc of this public forum, but I am originally from the LHV- born and raised. Living in DC now and travel back to the LHV every month or so.

Thanks Ian, I enjoyed the interview.

It was veeeerrrry difficult finding a way to turn the volume button of my computer up, but somehow, I soldiered on, and through the pain I persevered. Sheesh.
