On the latest Phillies Nation, Pat Gallen and Corey Seidman discuss the bullpen issues that kept them from sweeping the Mets on Sunday. Plus, they dig into the Cole Hamels contract and what Kyle Kendrick could command in free agency. They also preview Mike Trout’s return to the area as the Angels come to town.

Jay Floyd met up with fireballer Ken Giles just before his promotion to Lehigh Valley to discuss how he’s been able to turn heads this season.

Ryann Williams, as always, brings us some interesting questions for our Batters In-Box segment.

Thanks for watching!

(And don’t forget to answer the Phillies Nation trivia question at the end of the show to win a great prize pack! #PNTrivia)

Is there a law that Papelbon cannot pitch more than one inning?

Bastardo is not a pitcher. He throws as he has no concept of pitching strategy.

When is Ryan Howard going to be told that he stands too deep in the batter’s box and too far from the plate?

Brown and Mayberry are minor leaguers. While in the batter’s box, load up your bat by keeping it back and STILL..

Someone should tell Revere that he should throw OVERHAND, WITH WRIST ACTION, FROM THE OUTFIELD.

Where’s the manger and the coaches?

I also think that Amaro is not a good judge of talent.

I could go on but who will listen?
