Stop me if you’ve heard it before. The Phillies lost to the Mets, 4-3, in 11 innings. It was a third straight extra-inning affair between the two teams, the first time thats happened in the history of the series.

Cole Hamels was upset and did not speak to the media following the game. It’s hard to fault him for that. He struck out eight over seven innings and ended up with a no-decision.

Phillippe Aumont, in his first appearance with the team since July 6, 2013, allowed a two-run home run to Lucas Duda in the 11th inning.

For the Phillies, Ryan Howard smashed his 11th home run of the season.

Tickets for tomorrow nights game going for 8 bucks on stub hub.

Also the last time I wager on the Phillies during the amaro era.

I have to accept losing the better record season bet with the Mets until he is canned.

Go phils need to win tomorrow to save face!

This series has included a lot of bad baseball in just about every facet of the game. For some actual entertainment tonight, I’d suggest following the Mets’ and Phillies’ beat writers as they live tweet during the game. Those guys are hilarious!

WE just stink! I hope someone in the organization knows this and does something about it.
I feel like I’m back in the early 60′s with this crap.Still love the Phils but so hard to watch.
