Fun Stuff

Hey Phillies Nation,

I hope your holiday weekends were all terrific. Over the weekend, Brian Michael and I met to determine the next steps in an ongoing, but still slightly-secret project of ours. One of the elements needed for the project are photographs.

Brian and I are seeking photos of Phillies players from all years, namely players that were featured in our Phillies Nation Top 100 Countdown. For the project we are working on, we would love to be able to incorporate a piece of the readership into the final product. The readership is as much as part of the site as we are.

Here are some details:

- We will publish the photos and assign full credit to the photographer. By sending us a photo, you are agreeing that you own the photo and that it is not someone else’s.

- There will be no financial compensation or royalties for the photo but there may be other rewards, such as Phillies Nation stickers, knick-knacks, doo-dads, and/or possibly a copy of the finished project. We are still unsure about the final item, and we don’t want to promise anything that may be out of our control, but we can assure you that we will attempt to be as generous as possible.

- The aggressive date for this project’s release is early December 2014 but its more likely release date is Spring 2015. We will notify those whose photos we use before the project is launched.

If you have a photo that you would like to submit for this project, please email them to me at ian@philliesnation.com with how you would like to be credited in this project. Also, please feel free to drop me a line if you have any questions.

Thank you!
