Meh, I’m a little nervous. Don’t get me wrong, Hamilton would be a great addition but hes going to want so much for a contract that we can’t afford. However, if we sign him for 8 years (till hes 38) and we win just one world series its worth it, but that’s a big risk.

Honestly, this is a no brainer. Luxury tax or no, hes an ace, and your getting him at low risk high reward. He ONLY wants a 1 year deal! TAKE IT!!! By the way, everyone mentions his age, he is only entering his age 34 season, hardly an senior citizen.
