Marcus Hayes reports Wagner is searching for a 3-year, $29 million deal with a no-trade clause. Hmm, I coulda swore that figure was $27 million last week. Hayes’ colleague Rich Hoffman, however, supports making the search for a new GM deal the Phillies top priority of the off-season.
