Mark Gonzales of the Chicago Tribune reports
the White Sox are considering trading Jermaine Dye. The Phillies are potentially a suitor for him. National League scouts tipped Gonzales, who writes the Sox are looking at the Arizona Fall League for returns. In his report, Gonzales writes Chicago General Manager Ken Williams wants to get his team younger and faster. The Phils don’t have any fast chips in the AFL, but they have infielder Jason Donald. Another name that came to my head, not in the AFL: Greg Golson.
