Madson Declines 3Y/$12M Offer

Ken Rosenthal has reported the Phillies offered Ryan Madson a three-year, $12 million contract extension, but the right-handed reliever declined.

Obviously, it’s not looking as if Madson will be with the Phillies past 2009.
