Todd Zolecki reports (via Twitter) the Phillies have signed right-handed pitcher Tyler Walker to a minor league contract.
Walker, 32, went 5-8 with a 4.56 ERA in 65 games last season for the Giants. He’s been in the Giants organization for five years; before that, he had a 2002 major league stint with the Mets.
