Ryan Howard is headed home to St. Louis for the All Star Break. He was named a reserve on the National League roster and Scott Lauber reports (via Twitter) that Howard will participate in the 2009 Home Run Derby. This is the third time Howard will participate in the derby; he won in 2006.
