Today is a big day – it’s our first big road trip of the year. Just about now everyone is closing their tabs at McFadden’s and loading on to the buses for the journey down to Washington for tonight’s game.
I want to congratulate Dan R. from NE Philly who won’t be on a bus – he won the ride down in a brand new Chevy vehicle. Our friends at Chevy will also be providing some fun giveaways to go with all the Phillies stuff we’ll be handing out. Thanks to everyone who submitted a story – we had over 300 entries – including quite a few from ladies who still can’t shake their Jayson Werth crush.
If you’re headed down to DC tonight, come stop by the tailgate party at 4th and M Streets, SE. Quimby and the Green Legion crew have a feast in store for us Phillies fans. Or better yet, come say hi at our seats in right field – just look for the “It’s better with BenFran” sign.
