Phillies Rained Out

The rain came, and it didn’t stop.

The Phillies were supposed to take on the Colorado Rockies at Citizens Bank Park tonight. But they’ll have to wait, as a series of storm fronts moved through the region, beginning around 5 pm and not showing any sign of letting up at 10 pm, when the game was officially called.

The teams will make up the games tomorrow when they play a doubleheader. The first game is scheduled for 1:05 pm, while the second game will begin at 6:35 pm. Cole Hamels is expected to start the first game, while Tyler Cloyd will start the second.
