This past week the Mid-Atlantic was hit hard by Hurricane Sandy – some people lost power, some lost trees, but some neighbors lost everything. The Jersey Shore in particular was ravaged by the storm and it’s going to take years to rebuild our beloved shore communities.
If you haven’t already done so, take a moment to think about how you can help. Volunteer efforts probably won’t start until next week, so at this point the immediate need is money. Please consider making a donation to the Red Cross to help victims of the storm who have been displaced from their homes and are living in shelters. These folks are Phillies fans and they need our help.
