Biddle, Quinn Lone Phils in BA Top 100

Baseball America released their Top 100 Prospects list today and Phillies prospects LHP Jesse Biddle and SS Roman Quinn both narrowly made the cut. Biddle, who Baseball America named the Phillies top prospect, ranked 89th while Quinn was #100.
