The Phillies will try to win their third straight series tonight, as this is the fourth and final game of this four game set with the Nationals. They won the first two, but lost last night, giving the Nationals a chance at a split tonight. Kyle Kendrick will try to prevent that from happening. He’s coming off two poor starts against the Dodgers (6 IP, 4 R) and Braves (5 IP, 6 R). After starting the season with a 2.47 ERA in his first eight starts, he has a 5.14 ERA since (10 starts).

Opposing him will be Jordan Zimmerman, and he’s been very good this year. He’s posting a 2.57 ERA and has twelve wins already. Going just by the pitching matchup, I’d say the Nats are the favorites in this one.
