A Note for Tonight:

The Phillies will try to ride the hot streak without any of their core stars from the 2008 World Series season for the first time today.  No Howard, No Utley, No Ruiz.  The decision of sitting the bat of Freddy Galvis during such a turning point for the Phillies is questionable, as Freddy has been the biggest surprise of the year, hitting .347 for the season thus far.

Sean O’Sullivan will look to get on the right track with the Phillies against a Diamondbacks team who has logged 10 hits in each of the games in the series so far.
