Report: Phillies and Rangers having trade talks regarding Hamels

According to FOX Sports’ Jon Morosi, the Phillies are having ongoing trade talks regarding ace left-handed pitcher Cole Hamels.

According to Morosi, Hamels is willing to waive his no-trade clause in order to join the Texas staff.

The 31-year-old Hamels sports a 5-5 record along with a 2.96 ERA in 14 starts for the Phillies this season.
