The Phillies have tendered contracts to Freddy Galvis, Jeanmar Gomez and Cesar Hernandez, reports Jim Salisbury of CSN Philly.
Galvis, Gomez and Hernandez are eligible for arbitration this year.
Cody Asche, who was also eligible for arbitration, was designated for assignment once the Phils claimed pitcher David Rollins from Texas. Asche is now a free agent.
