Good Seasons
- Although he’s on the disabled list, top prospect Sixto Sanchez is having a very good year. He’s 4-3 with a 2.51 ERA, a WHIP of 1.07, and opponents are hitting .224 against him.
- No. 3 prospect Adam Haseley is hitting .296 with three homers, two triples, 13 doubles and 34 RBI.
- Enyel De Los Santos is 7-3 with a 1.47 ERA. Opponents are hitting a measly .198 against him and his WHIP is 1.01.
- No. 23 prospect Cole Irvin is 8-2 with a 2.50 ERA, has a WHIP of 1.03 and batters are hitting .220 against him.
Heading in the Right Direction
- No. 2 prospect Adonis Medina is starting to get on track. He has his ERA down to 4.27 and he’s going deeper into games.
- No. 4 prospect Mickey Moniak has gotten his average up to .254 and he’s been recording multi-hit games left and right. He still needs to work on his plate discipline as he’s only walked five times and struck out 56.
- Jhailyn Ortiz has been up and down this year, but he’s been better lately. He’s hitting .258 with five homers.
Still Struggling
- No. 13 prospect Tom Eshelman is still getting roughed up. His ERA is 7.09 and opponents are hitting .360 against him. His WHIP is 1.91 and he’s averaging a home run allowed every five innings.
- No. 15 prospect Cornelius Randolph continues to struggle. He’s hitting .197 with only one homer. There is some silver lining though as his plate discipline has been good, with his OBP being 84 points higher than his batting average.
