**Lehigh Valley: RHP Jose (Traveling Man) Taveras, assigned from Clearwater. Fifth time he’s been with LV this season. Also been on Reading’s roster 5 times.

Lehigh Valley, International League North Division

**IronPigs (57–63) salvaged a win in Louisville in dramatic fashion, a 4-run T9, 7–4 . . . LV was behind, 4–0, after 5 innings; scored 1 in T6, 2 in T8 and completed the come-from-behind win with the big ninth . . . 6 o’clock doubleheader (7-inning games) tonight in Indianapolis. Pigs will be the home team in the second game, the result of a May 12 postponement in Lehigh Valley.

Hitting: Trailing, 4–3, the Pigs first 2 batters were hit by a pitch. PH Rob Brantly singled in the tying run. Following a walk LF Ali Castillo gave them the lead with an RBI single. 3B Andrew Romine capped the rally with a 2-run single. Oddly, the Pigs had a runner thrown out at second base and third base in the inning. Earlier in the game, Deivi Grullon was nailed at home plate.

Pitching: Enyel De Los Santos started, 5–5–4–4–4–4, HR, balk, hit batter . . . Tyler Gilbert, 1–1–0–0–0–1 . . . WP: Austin Davis (4–1), 2–1–0–0–0–4 . . . SV: Edgar Garcia (7), 1–0–0–0–0–1

Reading, Eastern League Eastern Division [39–28, 2nd place, 1st half]

**Fightin Phils (32–23) were swept by the SeaWolves in Erie, 1–0 . . . Left after the game for a bus ride of over 5 hours . . . Begin 3-game weekend series with Trenton Thunder at home; first game, 7:05 tonight (Spencer Hunter) . . . Fightins lead the Thunder (first half champs) by 4 games in the second half.

Hitting: RF Luke Williams started the game with his 28th double, the only hit of the night.

Pitching: Starter Colton Eastman (1–1) was tagged with the loss, 6–5–1–1–3–2; lone run came in B1; AA ERA lowered to 1.99, WHIP, 1.06 . . . Aaron Brown, 2–0–0–0–1–2.

Clearwater, Florida State League North Division [36–30, 2nd place, 1st half]

**Threshers (25–32) ended a four-game losing streak by shutting out the first-place Dunedin Blue Jays, 6–0, at Spectrum Field . . . Florida Fire Frogs at Spectrum Field, 6:30 tonight.

Hitting: 1B Luke Miller, 3–4, run, single, triple, HR (6), 3 RBI . . . C Rafael Marchan, 2–4, 2 runs, double, RBI.

Pitching: Starter James McArthur was the winner (1–1), 5–3–0–0–3–4, wild pitch, pick off at 1B . . . Keylan Killgore, 2–1–0–0–0–1 . . . Tyler Carr, 2–0–0–0–0–1.

Lakewood, South Atlantic League North Division [29–41, 1st half]

**BlueClaws (23–28) copied their big brothers in Philly with a walk-off HR in B9 for a 3–2 win over the Delmarva Shorebirds before 7,986 fans at FirstEnergy Field . . . Third win in last 4 . . . Shorebirds and Claws, 7:05 again tonight in FirstEnergy Park.

Hitting: LF Ben Pelletier was the hero with a 2-run homer with 2-out. It was his 10th HR, a new career high; 7-game hitting streak. SS Luis Garcia drew a walk on a 3–2 pitch to set the stage.

Pitching: Dominic Pippin, 5–1–0–0–1–4, as the starter . . . Jhordany Mezquita, 3–4–2–2–0–3 . . . WP: Albertus Barber (3–0), 1–1–0–0–0–1.

Williamsport, New York-Penn League Pinckney Division

**Crosscutters (23–36) edged the Doubledays in Auburn, 3–2 . . . Following a 10–27 first half, Cutters are 14–9 in the second half . . . Series finale, 7 tonight.

Hitting: SS Bryson Stott, 2–3, seventh 2-hit game in an 8-game hitting streak; .447 in last 10 games . . . LF Johan Rojas, 3–4, triple; has 5 triples with Williamsport and 5 in the Gulf Coast League which leads each league . . . CF Corbin Williams, 26th stolen base, tops in the league.

Pitching: Three pitchers combined on a 4-hitter and 13 strikeouts . . . Leonel Aponte, started, 3.2–2–1–1–1–5 . . . WP: Hsin-Chieh Lin (1–0), 3.1–2–1–1–1–3 . . . SV: Rafael Carvajal (2), 2–0–0–0–0–5.

All-Stars: Stott, Williams, 2B Kendal Simmons and C Logan O’Hoppe have been selected to play in the All-Star Game next Wednesday in Staten Island.

Gulf Coast League (Phillies have 2 teams, both in the North Division)

Phillies West (26–13). Scored 5 in B8 for an 8–4 win over the Blue Jays at Carpenter Complex. Big blow of the inning was a grand slam by 3B Edgar Made, 3rd HR. LF Luis Rojas, 2-run HR in B5, 2nd HR. RF Juan Smith, 3–4 . . . WP: Nicoly Pina, fifth pitcher, picked up the win (1–1), 1.1–0–0–0–0–3; first win in the states.

Phillies East (17–21). Lost to the Tigers West in Lakeland, 6–1. DH Curtis Mead, 1st pro homer, one of only 4 hits. DJ Jefferson, second of 5 pitchers, was the loser (0–1), 3–3–1–1–1–2 . . . Second game, a makeup of an Aug. 7 rain out, was rained out. Rescheduled for Aug. 23.

Today: Phillies East vs. Yankees East in Tampa . . . Day off for Phillies West.
