My First Phillies Game – Shawn
Living on the West Coast, unfortunately my 1st Phillies game wasn’t until I was 46.
My daughter for Christmas bought me tickets for her and myself to go on a road trip to San Francisco to see the Phillies play the Giants.
I had a great time one-on-one with my daughter driving the 8 hours from Oregon to the Bay Area. We spent the day checking out the sights and went to the game at night. I was able to get a Rhys Hoskins home run ball from batting practice that was hit right by us as we were walking around the stadium.
Unfortunately the Phillies lost that game, but the time spent with my daughter was more valuable than anything.
