ESPN released the majority of their Sunday Night Baseball schedule for next season on Friday and whether you like it or not, the Phillies are set to be heavily featured.
All of this is subject to change as owners have expressed an interest in playing fewer than 162 games. At the moment, however, MLB is scheduled to play a full season with the schedule that was released in early July.
As they did in 2020, the Phillies and Braves are scheduled to match up against one another on Sunday Night Baseball twice with the first contest on April 11 at Truist Park. Three weeks later, they’ll meet the Mets in primetime at Citizens Bank Park on May 2 and return to Atlanta a week later with the series finale once again being featured on ESPN.
Only the Mets and Braves are scheduled to make more Sunday Night Baseball appearances than the Phillies. Here is the full schedule with additional games being announced at a later time.
