While the Philadelphia Phillies hoped to get in Saturday’s game against the New York Mets, a window never opened up for the game to realistically be completed during.

That means that for the second consecutive day, a matchup between the two National League East rivals has been postponed. Saturday’s game will be made up during a single-admission doubleheader Sunday against the Mets at Citizens Bank Park, with the first game beginning at 12:35.

If you had tickets for today’s game, they will not be valid for the doubleheader tomorrow, the Phillies say.

Instead, if you are one of the fans who purchased tickets from the Phillies for the game initially slated to be played on Saturday, your account will be refunded a credit for the value of today’s game. The credit can be used to purchase tickets for any remaining home game for the rest of the 2022 season. Parking purchased through the team will also be refunded to your account.

The Phillies say that all those who purchased directly from them will receive an e-mail Sunday explaining how to proceed.

Those who purchased tickets for the game via StubHub will receive an account credit from the company.

Per the Phillies, they cannot guarantee refunds for tickets bought on any other secondary market, and those looking for a refund will need to contact the vendor directly.

It will be a very quick turnaround for the Phillies after their doubleheader Sunday, as they are slated to open a three-game set up in Seattle on Monday night at 9:40 p.m. ET.

This marks the second consecutive game between the Phillies and Mets that was postponed due to inclement weather. The game initially slated to be played Friday between the two teams will be made up as part of a split-admission doubleheader on Saturday, Aug. 20

. If you had tickets for Friday’s game, you now have a ticket for Game 1 of the doubleheader on Aug. 20, with first pitch scheduled for 1:05 p.m. ET.
