Phillies vs. Padres NLCS media guide: Announcers, channel & more

After defeating the Atlanta Braves in the NLDS, the Philadelphia Phillies are now set to take on the San Diego Padres in the NLCS. Here’s everything you need to know before the series gets started.

What Is The Format Of The National League Championship Series?

The NLCS is a best-of-seven series. Because the Padres are the higher seed, Games 1 and 2 of the series will be played at Petco Park in San Diego. Games 3 and 4 will be in Philadelphia at Citizens Bank Park, as will Game 5, if necessary. If a winner hasn’t yet been decided, the series will shift back to San Diego for Games 6 and 7.

Game 1: Tuesday, Oct. 18 at 8 p.m. ET

Game 2: Wednesday, Oct. 19 at 4:35 p.m. ET

Game 3: Friday, Oct. 21 at 7:37 p.m. ET

Game 4: Saturday, Oct. 22 at 7:45 p.m. ET

Game 5 (if necessary): Sunday, Oct. 23 at 2:37 p.m. ET

Game 6 (if necessary): Monday, Oct. 24 at 8 p.m. ET

Game 7 (if necessary): Tuesday, Oct. 25 at 8 p.m. ET

Game 1: FOX

Who Will The TV Announcers Be For The Phillies-Padres NLCS?

Joe Davis will be the play-by-play announcer, while Hall of Famer John Smoltz will be the color commentator. Ken Rosenthal and Tom Verducci will be the dugout reporters.

What Radio Station Will The Phillies-Padres NLCS Be On?
