It had been a tough go for Rhys Hoskins in his first trip to the postseason, including the early stages of Game 3 of the NLDS Friday.

But the fact that Hoskins heard some boos on his way back to the dugout after striking out in the bottom of the first inning will be forgotten because with one swing in the bottom of the third inning, he increased a 1-0 lead to a 4-0 lead:

After allowing a single to J.T. Realmuto, Brian Snitker and the Braves pulled Spencer Strider, who had cruised through the first two innings.

Things didn’t turn out much better for reliever Dylan Lee, who was greeted by a 401-foot home run from Bryce Harper on the first pitch he threw:

The Phillies scored six total runs in the bottom of the third inning, as they look to take the series lead in Game 3.
