How to watch Saturday’s Phillies spring training opener at Toronto
Baseball is finally back.
The Phillies open up Grapefruit League play this afternoon with a matchup against the Toronto Blue Jays in Dunedin, Florida at 1:07 p.m. EST.
Phillies fans in the Delaware Valley will be able to watch Toronto’s home telecast of the game live on MLB Network. All other markets, with the exception of the Blue Jays’ local TV market, will be able to view the Phillies/Blue Jays game live on the Network.
For those without access to MLB Network, you can still view the broadcast with an MLB.tv subscription. Radio listeners will also get to hear the game live on 94 WIP.
Kolby Allard gets the start for the Phillies Saturday in Dunedin. Whit Merrifield will bat lead off and play second base. Johan Rojas will play center field and bat second. Probable pitchers after Allard include Nick Nelson, Andrew Bellatti and Dylan Covey.
