Watch: Bryce Harper homers, does soccer slide celebration

They don’t call Bryce Harper “the Showman” for nothing.

After doubling in his first at-bat of the game, the Philadelphia Phillies slugger got a hanger from New York Mets pitcher Sean Manaea, and promptly deposited it in the right field stands:

If that wasn’t enough, Harper — whose wife, Kayla was a soccer player at Ohio State — did a celebration that was fitting for the sport that’s normally played at London Stadium:

It was part of a six-run inning that saw the Phillies finally get to Manaea, who had been dominant through the first four frames of the game.
