Bryce Harper is not in the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Texas Rangers. (Dustin Bradford/Icon Sportswire) Bryce Harper (blister) is out of the Phillies lineup for a third straight game. Interim manager Rob Thomson told reporters, including MLB.com's Todd Zolecki, that Harper is available to hit off the bench and that the team is hopeful Harper can start in Wednesday's matinee against the Texas Rangers in Arlington. Thomson added that Harper reported feeling much better after hitting in the cage. His last at-bat came in the nightcap of a doubleheader against the Nationals on Friday where he doubled and drove in two runs to tie the game in the eighth inning. Harper told Scott Lauber of the Philadelphia Inquirer that the blister developed two to three weeks ago on his left index finger. An infection developed on Saturday. Camargo returns Johan Camargo (right knee strain) was reinstated from the `10-day injured list prior to Tuesday's game against the Rangers. He's playing third base and batting eighth. Camargo last played on June 5 against the Angels. Left handed pitcher Kent Emanuel (left elbow impingement) had his rehab assignment transferred from Double-A Reading to Triple-A Lehigh Valley. After giving up zero earned runs over six innings in his first two rehab outings with the Fightin Phils, Emanuel gave up four earned runs through 2 2/3 innings. The Phillies are attempting to stretch Emanuel out, so he could be an option to start by the time he's done rehabbing. Here are the lineups for Tuesday's game against the Rangers.
