Requirements Video production and Graphic Design experience with access to software Social media experience - creating professional, engaging, multimedia content on a variety of platforms Access to a smartphone or digital camera. Availability of at least 10 hours per week, specifically during games and major events (e.g. draft, trade deadline, playoffs) Reliable, team player, regular communication on Slack Creative skills with desire to reach large audiences, gain first-hand experience, build your portfolio High school diploma or equivalent Philadelphia-area preferred but not required Responsibilities Social Production Create graphics for articles, breaking news, quotes and other social promotions using Photoshop, Canva or similar software. Create short player and/or fan-oriented video content. Assist with uploading videos to social media pre & post game during regular season/postseason. Create short videos/Reels/Stories to promote articles from PhilliesNation.com Post and repost existing Phillies Nation content (links to articles, past photos & videos) Social Coordination Available to assist with social media 3-4 days a week. Take lead on growing/developing voice for Phillies Nation's social media channels (Facebook, X, Instagram and YouTube). Writing Assist with special event coverage: MLB Draft, All-Star Game, Trade Deadline & Winter Meetings. Monthly interactive social article - poll, petition, giveaway, user-generated content (share a story, photo, video) Pay includes monthly stipend, plus incentives based on social media channel growth.
